New resident and Supervisor at Phase 2

On December 23, 2023, we want to Congratulate Valarie, she has moved into Grace Haven Phase 2. We are so proud of her.

We also want to say Congratulations to Riley, for being promoted to Night Supervisor at Phase 2.

Grace Haven Christmas

On Christmas Eve, we went to worship service @Fairfield Christian Church @1030am. We had dinner at 4pm , and then went to the Candlelight service at 600pm. After that, we came back and had our Christmas. It was also Natalie’s Birthday so we had cake. The ladies received a lot of stuff and had a great time. We want to thank New Life, Dress Barn, and everyone who donated.

On Friday December 15, 2023, The Chirpy’s came out and we decorated Christmas cookies. We had a great time. Thank You Chirpy’s for all you do.

Grace Haven Christmas Outing!!

On Sunday, December 17th, 2023. We were invited out to Liz & Charlie Black’s House for our Fairfield Christian Church Small Group White Elephant Christmas Party. We Had a great time eating and playing the White Elephant game.

Grace Haven Volunteers @ Eagle Rock Church

On Saturday , December 16, 2023, we went and help volunteer at Eagle Rock Church with their drive- up food pantry.

Grace Haven Volunteer Luncheon

On December 9th, 2023, we invited the Grace Haven Board Members, House Volunteers, and The Grace Haven New and Used Store Volunteers to our house for a luncheon. We played games and had a soup bar. We appreciate everything you all do!!

Congratulation Amanda!!

On Friday, December 16th, 2023, Amanda from Grace Haven Phase 2 House bought a 2011 Honda CRV. Congratulations to her and a special Thank You to Lindsay Honda, Ernie, and Charlie Black

Women’s Christmas Gala

On December 8th, 2023, we were invited to The Women’s Christmas Gala @ Fairfield Christian Church. They had dessert and special guest speaker Kim Kempt. Thank You all for a great night.

Grace Haven Volunteers

On Saturday December 2nd, 2023, we volunteered in the morning at The Bridge for the Gift Give Away and then in the afternoon at Fairfield Christian Church for their Night in Bethlehem Event.

Grace Haven Outing

On November 28th, 2023, we was invited to The Bridge’s Women’s Night of Hope with Special Guest speaker Catherine Renfro.

On Saturday October 28th, 2023, we was invited to attend The Covering’s 2nd Annual Fall Banquet. We was served dinner and listen to a couple of testimonies. It was a great night.

Tomato Picking

We were invited to pick fresh tomatoes in Carroll, Ohio. We filled up 2 coolers full. We made homemade Salsa and Spaghetti Sauce.

Grace Haven Cooks

On Sunday, November 12, 2023, we volunteered to cook dinner for the Rake & Run volunteers. We made stuffing, mash potatoes and gravy, and turkey.

Grace Haven Paints

On Friday, November 3rd, We was invited to Women’s Paint night @Fairfield Christian Church. We painted on canvas and had apple cider.

Congratulations!!

Congratulations Rachael. On Friday November 3rd, 2023, Rachael from Phase 2 got her license and bought a car from Lindsay Honda, we want to do a special Thank You to Lindsay Honda and Charlie Black.

Also of Friday, two of our Phase 1 Ladies got jobs, they start on Monday. We are so proud of everyone.

Grace Haven Karaoke

On Friday, October 20th, we went to The Bridge Ministries to do karaoke night. They had dinner and snacks. We had a great time.

Grace Haven Outing to Amish Country

On Tuesday October 24, 2022, we took a road trip to Amish Country. We stopped at Warther’s Woodcarving Museum, Dutch Valley for a buffet meal, Coblentz Chocolates, Hershberger Farm, and saw the Largest Cuckoo clock.

Grace Haven Outing to Life Church Vineyard

On Thursday, October 19, 2022, we were invited out to Life Church Vineyard to participate in their Women of the Vine Holy Spirit Night. There was a war room, prayer room and worship. They had a Weighted blanket and a confession station. Thank You for inviting us!

On Saturday, October 6th, 2023, we went to Geneva Hill’s to make and serve Breakfast and Lunch for the Fairfield Christian Church Wave Retreat.
